We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst who can also function as an ERP Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:
As a Business Analyst & Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and bridging the gap between our technical teams and clients. You will also work as a Functional Consultant, guiding the implementation of ERP systems, customizing modules based on business needs, and ensuring smooth transitions for our clients.

This role requires a candidate with a unique combination of business acumen, analytical skills, and ERP implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.

• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

• Develop and maintain business requirement documentation, use cases, and user stories.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., developers, QA) to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

• Create functional specifications for ERP customizations and enhancements.

• Facilitate meetings and workshops with key stakeholders for requirement gathering and validation.:

• Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring all client requirements are met.

• Provide functional expertise in the areas of ERP system setup, module integration, and data migration.

• Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.

• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.

• Stay updated on ERP system updates, new modules, and industry best practices to provide strategic recommendations to clients.

• Assist in project management tasks such as defining timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1-2.5+ years of experience in business analysis 

• Proven ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements.

• Hands-on experience with data migration, system integrations, and process automation.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Agile methodologies.

• Experience in change management and process re-engineering.
