We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst who can also function as an ERP Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated ERPNext Functional Consultant to join our growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in assisting businesses with the successful implementation and optimization of ERPNext, an open-source ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific business needs and challenges.

• Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Map client requirements to the functionalities of ERPNext modules (e.g., CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).

• Configure ERPNext to meet client needs through settings, customizations, and data migration.

• Develop and document comprehensive user training materials and conduct training sessions.

• Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.

• Provide ongoing support to clients and troubleshoot any system issues.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest ERPNext features and best practices.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 6 Months-2 years of experience working as an ERP Functional Consultant or in a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of ERPNext functionalities, features, and core modules.

• Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
